Here's to giving something back.

With the help of Joel Birch from The Amity Affliction- we're raffling off this one-off original 33' x 23' print of Joel Birch. This shot was taken in Perth during their 'Let The Ocean Take Me' Australian tour. Image shot on 35mm film, original message, signed, dated and professionally framed- there is only one of these made.

Your donation of $5 serves as an entry into the raffle- which will be drawn at random July 16th. One entry per person, open to all Australian residents.

One in two people will be affected by a mental health issue during their lifetime. It could be you or someone you know.

75% of all mental health issues will have their onset prior to the age of 25. Yet 70% of young people with a mental health issue will get help. This is for a number of reasons including:
- they don't think it will help
- there are no appropriate services near them
- they don't realise they have a problem
- they are ashamed, or afraid of what others might think
- they simply don't know where to start

ReachOut.com by Inspire Foundation works directly with young people to overcome these barriers to help-seeking and ensuring that our service is responsive and relevant to the changing needs of young people today.  ReachOut.com aims to reduce the incidence of mental ill-health, reduce the high rates of suicide and increase the wellbeing of all young people. Providing information, tools support and referral pathways ensuring that young people get the help they need, where and when they need it.

ReachOut Australia

ReachOut is the most accessed online mental health service for young people and their parents in Australia. Our trusted self-help information, peer-support program and referral tools save lives by helping young people be well and stay well. The information we offer parents makes it easier for them to help their teenagers, too.

We’ve been championing wider access to mental health support since we launched our online service more than 20 years ago. Everything we create is based on the latest evidence and is designed with experts, and young people or their parents. This is why our service is trusted, relevant and so easy to use.

Accessed by more than 2 million people in Australia each year, ReachOut is a free service that’s available anytime and pretty much anywhere.
